Case study
June 2025 – PresentDigital Marketing Head – Branding & Growth
Refuge Weddings & Events Pvt. Ltd.
Own brand, demand, website, and reporting for a premium wedding business — so sales sees who inquired, from where, and what to do next.
The brief
Refuge sells high-consideration destination weddings. Guests do not book from a single ad click; they need a clear brand, a site they trust, and a sales team that can pick up the lead quickly.
The work was not “run ads.” It was to line up how the brand looks, how people find it, how they inquire, and how those inquiries are tracked.
How I approached it
- Start with who we are talking to: couples planning premium destination weddings in key Indian cities.
- Make the brand feel luxury in every public surface — ads, site, and tone — then capture the lead on a form that sales can actually use.
- Keep a live picture of the pipeline in Sheets and Looker Studio instead of scattered WhatsApp chats and spreadsheets.
What I actually did
Paid demand for destination-wedding leads
Planned and ran Meta Ads aimed at premium destination-wedding inquiries, city by city across key Indian cities. Creative, audience, and landing path were built around the couple who is already considering a destination wedding — not a generic “event” click. Campaigns were reviewed against lead quality, not just volume.
Luxury brand identity
Defined how Refuge should look and sound: visuals, tone of voice, and the story told across ads and the website. The goal was a consistent luxury read so paid traffic landed somewhere that matched the promise in the ad.
WordPress site and lead forms
Designed and built a responsive, SEO-ready WordPress site with inquiry forms wired in. The site had to load cleanly on mobile, rank for the right searches, and send every inquiry somewhere the team could act on.
Lead CRM and live reporting
Built a Google Sheets lead-management CRM and connected it to Looker Studio. Sales could see new inquiries, status, and source; leadership could see the same numbers without waiting for a weekly dump.
